We restored this Grade I listed Georgian building and reopened it as an elegant wedding venue and banqueting hall. The property now includes four boutique bedrooms and hosts an array of weddings, parties and conferences.
Executive Indian head chef, Rishi Kainth introduced the vibrant flavours of authentic Indian cuisine to our offering. His creativity and expertise has allowed us to cater all styles of traditional Indian weddings and functions.
We renovated this Grade II listed Georgian house, set in 168 acres of leafy parkland, just outside Leicester city centre. It now comprises 19 stunning bedrooms, two elegant ballrooms, a private dining room and beautiful terraces.
Our contemporary British steakhouse opened at Winstanley House. The restaurant serves an enticing selection of fresh premium produce. Its centrepiece, a charcoal-fired oven, seals in the food’s natural goodness and delivers intense flavour.
Black Iron launched a selection of easy-to-prepare food boxes for customers to enjoy at home. The boxes include afternoon teas, Sunday roasts and premium steak. Plus special boxes for Iftar and Christmas.
We installed a takeaway kitchen at Winstanley House, serving a combination of fresh and flavourful Indian street snacks and Indo-Chinese dishes. The same year, we won the Hospitality Innovation award at the Leicester Business Awards.
Our stylish second restaurant opened at The Gresham, a Grade II listed building that was formerly home to Fenwick’s. The restaurant serves delicious breakfasts, light lunches, small plates, and classic cocktails with a Black Iron twist.
The centrepiece of Black Iron is our charcoal-fired oven, which treats the premium produce on offer with the first-class cooking method it deserves. Our locally sourced dishes harken back to the way food used to be prepared; cooking over fire is a primitive technique that lets our top-quality ingredients speak for themselves.Order Now
